Kids' Church    

SOUTHSIDE LOVES YOUR KIDS!

At Southside, all children attend Kids’ Church each Sunday! We are so passionate about people of all ages hearing about Jesus in an environment totally geared for them that we run two simultaneous Sunday programs: one for adults and teens (Grade 7 and up) only, and one for our amazing Southside kids (age 5 months to Grade 6).  

Children from toddlers to Grade 6 learn about Jesus in our exciting Kids’ Church classes, and our Southside babies (from 5 months up) are cared for in one of our nurseries by our trusted and loving infant and toddler care volunteers.  Nursing moms with babies up to 5 months will continue to have the options of being in the service while their baby is quietly sleeping, relaxing in our Nursing Moms’ area, or watching the foyer simulcast.

We believe that your children will thrive and grow in their faith each week in Southside Kids’ Church.  We also provide our Parent Room, complete with a simulcast of the service, for those who need it.   Our Parent Room offers an alternative to the adult service where we endeavor to provide a distraction-free teen and adult only environment where people can hear the message of the hope of Jesus Christ, often for the very first time.  Your kids will hear the same message of hope in every Kids’ Church class, taught in an engaging, kid-friendly way!

Your kids won’t want to miss a single Sunday!

Kids’ Church check-in is 10 minutes before each service and pick up is immediately following the service.
