10:30AM at the Prospera Center. *There will be no services at Southside Church on this Sunday
Sunday, June 30th - Youth Takeover
This Sunday is going to be one like no other. Come out to this Youth run service, and hear about the 3 three battles every youth & young adults faces. You'll leave challenged no matter how old you are! Services at 9, 11 & 6, and Kids' Church is up and running for every service!
New Summer Series kicks off July 7th - 3:16
3:16... Maybe this makes you think about the painted cardboard signs you see at sporting events, or maybe you've seen it on a t-shirt or as someone's tattoo. If you do a little digging though, 3:16 will bring you face to face with the most compelling story in all of history - a story about a dying race in desperate need and a God who reached out to Rescue them. 3:16 is a story of Rescue.
Upcoming Youth Events
It's June 19th from 6-10PM. This will be a night filled with fun! We are playing a Hunger Games Themed game, there will be food, and time to hang out with your friends! This is the First event of many to come in the SUMMER! Dropoff and Pickup at Southside Place.
Saturday, July 6th - Amazing Race
This Race will take place all over Vancouver. Teams will have to navigate their way through the city looking for leaders who will give them their next clue. They will need to be able to follow instructions and be able to crack riddles. This event is going to be awesome! The deadline for the money ($45) is Thurday, June 20th.
August 30th - September 2nd - ROCKRIDGE
This is going to be THE BEST event Southside Youth has ever done. ROCKRIDGE will be open for Grades 7-13 (youth going into grade 7 and youth who have just graduated). Make sure to book time off work because you are not going to want to miss this retreat. *More info in the coming weeks.
