What comes to mind is that by God's grace the results of the atoning work and resurrection of Christ are given to believers so that God will work in persons better performances over time, although people do not always do their best. As well, it is interesting that both Quinn and Crawford were fired by GMs that were not nearly as successful in the hockey business as the coaches that were terminated of employment. Cheers.
